Which Service Is Right for You?
Each legacy project is unique. While we offer flat-rate scanning services, most clients select a combination of scanning and organizing services to ensure their memories are preserved and ready for sharing. Below are typical packages we offer, all of which can be customized. How to get started:
- Complete the "Get Started" form or contact us for a free phone consultation and personal estimate.
- Schedule onsite organizing session(s) or a pick-up time for items you want scanned.
- Receive hand delivery of your scanned and/or organized photos and other items.
Service Details
Flat Rate Scanning & Organizing
Basic Scanning
- Free pickup and delivery of:
- Loose photos: Flat per photo fee (based on total)
- Photo albums and frames: Per page / frame fee
- Photos individually scanned as JPEG files (600 dpi)
- White-glove handling and dust removal
- Basic photo adjustments (e.g., photo rotation)
- Digital files: hand delivered on USB flash drive(s)
Premium Scanning & Organizing
- Includes Basic Scanning services above, plus:
- Photo de-duplication
- Print photos: organized by category and returned in archival-quality boxes
- Digital files: individually named and organized into folders
- Restoration of damaged photos (per photo fee)
Digital Photos Only
- Off-site organizing of your digital photo collection
- Flat fee based on number of images
- Files labeled and organized into folders
- De-duplication and basic adjustments (e.g., photo rotation)
- Files delivered via USB flash drive(s), hard drive or online service
Hourly Packages
Custom Projects
Get one-on-one help in your home to organize and preserve your collections.
“By-Your-Side” Organizing — Print Items
- Work one-on-one to locate, organize and preserve precious items
- You set the pace
- Photos and other items categorized, labeled and stored in archival quality boxes
“Teach Me” Digital Photo Organizing:
- One-on-one guidance
- Consolidate photos from different devices
- Learn to de-duplicate, adjust and organize photos
- Post-session phone support
Both packages are offered in three-hour increments, which may be spread out to fit your schedule (two-hour minimum for on-site guidance). Add-on hours are available as needed.
Custom projects typically include a combination of the above services and are priced by the project.

- Unique gifts created using your digitized photos / collections
- Created offsite or by your side
- Use of reputable online companies
Memoirs
Through one-on-one interviews, we will help you capture, organize and write your memories to produce a personal memoir in both printed and digital versions.
